Act as assistant to National Account Executive and General Sales Manager on all sales support functions. Act as liaison between accounting, promotion, traffic, and production departments as per breakdown below. Responsibilities also include:

Administrative/Accounting:
• Receive, review and code all national sales contracts
• Process talent fee forms for all national clients remotes and endorsement campaigns
• Keep orderly national sales orders filed per rep market and advertiser
• Coordinate credit approval process for all new advertisers and agencies
• Settle billing discrepancies and accounts payables with reps
• Answer national sales calls
• Book travel
• Obtain weekly copy and traffic for all national advertisers
• Coordinate with clients on all make goods
• Pull client airchecks
• Help with client recaps and presentations
• Create copy for national clients as needed
• Work with production department on scripts and produced spots
• Update sales packages, promotional calendars and station materials Minimum Qualifications for Consideration:
• Very organized, ability to multi-task
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office Applications
• Positive attitude, operates in the spirit of teamwork
• Ability to communicate in Spanish a plus

Experience & Education:
• Four years college education preferred
• Media/Advertising experience a plus
